Dayton, Ohio Dog Engagement Session

I am so happy that Brittany & Zach’s engagement session included their sweet dog, Buddy. If you know me at all, then you know I’m a sucker for dogs and love for them to come on photo sessions. I even have a great guide of tips for bringing fido to a photo session here. The engagement session took place at my favorite Dayton park, Wegerzyn Gardens. And we ended the session at my favorite time of day, when the sun is setting and everything seems to cast a beautiful warm shadow. There is something so magical about this time of the day.

Brittany & Zach actually met in school through a retreat where they were both leaders. They live in Pittsburgh, but they’ll be getting married here in Ohio at Rolling Ranch Meadows this November. Zach drove the 4 hours straight, from Pittsburgh to the engagement session! I’m so glad we were able to get their engagement session in while they were in town. I was excited to hear that they’ll be honeymooning in Italy! Brant and I traveled to Italy a couple years ago and absolutely fell in love! You can view our trip to Rome here.
