Spring Wedding at Reverie
Reverie in Miamisburg, Ohio, is a beautiful modern event space. It was the perfect location for Sarah and Dustin’s elegant, rustic wedding and reception in April. I had the pleasure of photographing their engagement session at Cox Arboretum in Dayton last year after the found me on The Knot. It was wonderful to work with this fantastic couple again!
Reverie Wedding in Miamisburg Bring April Showers
It was a rainy spring day, but I always say rain on a wedding day is good luck. A wet knot is harder to untie than a dry knot! A few showers couldn’t dampen anyone’s spirits at this wedding – there was way too much love and excitement! Look at those smiles!
Simple Elegance with a Touch of Rustic
The couple worked with Brianna Rowlett to plan their big day. The wedding colors were navy and dusty blue with touches of light green and pink. The Flowerman provided the gorgeous flower arrangements, and Prime Time supplied the beautiful linens adorning the space. Rustic Rentals also supplied the cool signs and rustic elements. It was a simple Christian wedding, and Sarah and Dustin wrote their own vows. Sarah’s dad walked her down the aisle. When they reached the end, they did their “special handshake.” It was such a sweet moment!
Sarah and Dustin’s dog, Maverick, was even a part of their big day. How cute is he?
Dayton’s Own Jim & Pam
Sarah and Dustin are a super fun couple. They love “The Office” – as do I! The groom even had Michael Scott socks. The recessional song as they left the ceremony was “Forever,” which was the song the Dunder Mifflin crew all danced down the aisle to at Jim & Pam’s wedding!
A Sparkling Getaway
After some delicious food from Mrs. B’s Catering and yummy cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes, everyone danced the night away to tunes from Catered Sounds. The couple ended the night with a sparkler getaway. It was a fitting way to bring the lively, fun-filled day to a close.
