Cox Arboretum Fall Family Portraits
In my opinion, Cox Arboretum is one of the best locations in Dayton for outdoor portraits in the summer and early fall. With colorful flowers, lush greenery, and beautiful rock and water gardens, there are so many places around the park for gorgeous photos.
The Sandor Family had perfect weather for their September family session at Cox Arboretum. The striking sunset and cloudless sky set a perfect scene for these photos.

Capturing Family Memories
The Sandors – mom Allison, dad Mark, 11-year-old Kerielle, and 9-year-old Kenleigh – found me on Google. They were naturals in front of the camera. I love that they kept their look casual in jeans, simple tops, and comfy shoes as if they were just having a fun family day at the park.
I love sessions that are laid-back like this one was. It’s more enjoyable for everyone when things are comfortable and relaxed, and it shows in the photos. Just take a look at this beautiful family! It’s clear how much they love each other, and I’m so grateful they chose me to capture these photos for them.

Girls Just Want to Have Fun
Kenleigh loved getting her picture taken! She asked to do some poses, one of which was a bridge pose on the infamous Cox Arboretum bridge. She nailed it! We did some fun photos of the sisters together. I loved that the older sister, Kerielle, was so willing to do some of the goofy photos with Kenleigh, like throwing leaves and piggyback riding.
It warms my heart to see sisters who have a close relationship, especially at this young age. Sibling love is such a special bond!
