Stone Valley Meadows in Franklin, Ohio may be one of my new favorite locations to photograph. It is a stunning venue with elegant barns and a peaceful, secluded meadow – the perfect setting for a wedding.

Springtime Outdoor Wedding at Stone Valley Meadows
I’m so happy Jordan and Mike found me on The Knot and I had the chance to photograph at their ceremony and reception on a beautiful, windy day in April. I highly recommend Stone Valley Meadows and hope I get to shoot here again and again!

Honoring A Man’s Best Friend at the Wedding
Doing things in their own way, this couple selected a unique ring bearer. Their dog, Arnold. This made my heart so happy. He even took part in the “first look.” The bride and groom exchanged letters and gifts (a tradition I adore) before their first look. Arnold comforted Mike when he got a little emotional reading his letter. Such a sweet moment!

Stone Valley Meadows: A Place for Family Love
The couple’s family played a big role in their special day. The outdoor ceremony was officiated by Mike’s father. A seat was set aside for Jordan’s late father. It was such a sweet way to include him in the ceremony.

Fun & Games at Stone Valley Meadows
The reception was held in the venue’s breathtaking Main Barn, which was beautifully decorated thanks to The Flowerman and Partydreams by Julia. Guests were treated to delicious eats from Hammann’s Catering and tasty cake and cupcakes from ele Cake.
The love for Arnold continued at the reception. The couple crafted a signature cocktail named after him. The pair even gave away doggie treats as favors — super cute touch. The night ended with fun dancing to tunes from Steve Bender Entertainment and a few friendly games of flip cup.

Let’s show Jordan and Mike some love! If this beautiful couple receives 15 or more comments, they will win a free photo print.
xoxo, Ashley
